Sotong Masak Lada

 Bahan-bahan :

• ½ kg sotong,


• 3 sk serbuk lada hitam,


• 1 sk serbuk kunyit,


• 4 sb sos cili,


• 4 ulas bawang putih di ketuk,


• Garam,


• Perisa (ikut suka),


• Minyak untuk tumis,


• 1 biji bawang besar,


• 6 biji cili padi.

Cara-cara :

1. Tumis bawang putih sampai garing kemudian masukkan sotong, serbuk kunyit dan lada hitam. Kacau rata.


2. Kemudian masukkan sos cili, garam dan serbuk perasa. Kacau lagi. Akhir sekali masukkan bawang yang dipotong nipis bersama cili padi.


3. Tutup api dan siap.
