Mesin semua bahan di atas # . Tambah sedikit air sahaja.. bila dah halus curahkan ke atas daging. gaul dan perap di dalam peti ais. paling sedap 1 hari.. kalau tak sabar nak makan 2 jam pun dah ok..

Tip untuk mengoreng.. Pada mulanya saya ambil daging sahaja goreng. minyak sama level dengan daging.. masak dengan api yang kecil.. bila daging da masak tos daging tu dan masukkan balik daging tu ke dalam rempah perap lebihan. Goreng balik semuanya tanpa minyak.. kecilkan api dan rempah itu akan meresap ke dalam daging..
