#Gula Pasir                        150gram (Saya kurangkan tak kuat manis)

#Gula merah                      100gram (masak gula merah dengan sedikit air dan tapis)

#Madu                              100gram

#Ketumbar biji                    3 sudu besar

#Jintan halus                      1 sudu besar

#Lada Sulah biji                  1 sudu besar

#Serai                                4 batang hiris senang untuk di mesin

#Kunyit hidup                     hujung jari

#Halia                                hujung jari

#Lengkuas                          hujung jari

#Bawang putih                    6 ulas



Mesin semua bahan di atas # . Tambah sedikit air sahaja.. bila dah halus curahkan ke atas daging. gaul dan perap di dalam peti ais. paling sedap 1 hari.. kalau tak sabar nak makan 2 jam pun dah ok..

Tip untuk mengoreng.. Pada mulanya saya ambil daging sahaja goreng. minyak sama level dengan daging.. masak dengan api yang kecil.. bila daging da masak tos daging tu dan masukkan balik daging tu ke dalam rempah perap lebihan. Goreng balik semuanya tanpa minyak.. kecilkan api dan rempah itu akan meresap ke dalam daging..
